Overview
Spurts out Water property ranged ATK to all targets in a path towards in a 9x14 area. Has a 70% chance to Freeze all targets hit.
This skill can be blocked by Safety Wall if at most 4 cells away from the monster at the time of the attack. It can also be blocked by Pneuma if less than 4 cells away from the monster at the time of the attack. High FLEE can allow targets to dodge the hit. Having Water property armor may also reduce or negate the damage.
