Description
Creates a pool of water that will affect enemies within range by decreasing their AGI and reducing Movement Speed by 50%. All Ninja Class characters, including the caster, are immune to these AGI and Movement Speed penalties. The area targeted by Water Escape Technique will increase the damage of Lightning Spear of Ice and enable the use of Water Ball and Aqua Benedicta for other players.

- Unlike Quagmire, Water Escape Technique does not remove speed boosting skills such as Increase Agility, Two-Hand Quicken or Wind Walk.
- Water Escape Technique does not distinguish between allies or foes in PvP and War of Emperium. Only other Ninjas, Kagerous and Oboros are immune to its debuff.
- Water Escape Technique and Crimson Fire Formation cannot occupy the same cells and will overwrite one another.
