Description
This skill decreases the resistance to the Holy element of all enemies within a 31 x 31 area by chance. The chance is calculated individually for each target.
Enables melee attacks to recover a certain amount of SP, with the chance being 10% for normal attacks and 40% for skills.
The affliction of Oratio is indicated by a blue symbol above the target and lasts approximately 30 seconds.

Applications
- This skill is useful for revealing the presence and location of hidden enemies in castles during War of Emperium.
Notes
- A large portion of its cast time is fixed. INT and DEX have limited effect on its cast time, while Sacrament greatly reduces its.
- This skill affects all monsters, including boss monsters.
- This skill affects enemies that are hiding using a skill such as Hiding.
- Recasting this skill will not overwrite the duration of an afflicted target.
