Description

Shoots an enemy's appendages to knock its weapon off or instead render it incapable of attacking with full ability. In the case of players, their weapon is divested and in the case of monsters, their ATK is reduced by 25%. Success rate is based on target's DEX, caster's DEX, and skill's level. Has no effect on Boss monsters.
