Description
Fires a mystical shot at the target that deals moderate damage and reduces resistance to Neutral property attacks.
Success rate is based on caster's DEX and skill's level.
Damage scales with INT.

Notes
- The debuff boosts elemental physical damage by a small amount since SATK is of neutral property.
- Binding Trap's damage is also boosted by this effect.
