Description

Shoots an enemy's appendage to forcibly knock off a player's Weapon in PvP scenarios, preventing its re-equipping for the duration, and in the case of monsters, reduces their ATK by 30% while also canceling and preventing the use of offensive skills such as Two-Hand Quicken, Spear Quicken and Adrenaline Rush for up to 40s.
Success rate is based on skill's level and the difference between caster's and target's DEX, with a minimum success chance of 5%
