Description
Summons a holy gleam upon a single target, dealing Holy property magic damage, applying Decrease AGI and causing Blind status by chance. Consumes a Blue Gemstone unless the caster is standing next to another Acolyte class character, in which case some of the other character's SP will also be consumed. The other character needs to be no more than 1 cell away from the caster, but doesn't have to be in the same party. Consumes 12 SP from the other character.
