Description
Summons a holy gleam upon a single target, dealing Holy property magic damage, applying Decrease AGI and causing Blind status by chance. Consumes a Blue Gemstone unless the caster is standing next to another Acolyte class character, in which case some of the other character's SP will also be consumed[1].
