Notes
- Cast Time in the majority of skills consist of 20% Fixed and 80% Variable portions. In those cases this skill reduces Cast Time by up to 10% of the total amount.
- Can be cast on everyone in PvM, party members only in PvP, and allies and guildmates in WoE.
- Can be cast offensively similar to Impositio Manus, but do note some servers taking this as bannable offense.
