Description
Curses a target, slowing its Movement Speed and decreasing DEX/AGI. Duration decreases with target's INT and LUK. Also removes Increase AGI, Wind Walk as well as Attack Speed Potions.

Notes
- The full formula for the duration of the status is:
Duration (seconds) = 5 + 25 − ([Target_INT + Target_LUK] ÷ 20)
- The Movement Speed decrease can stack with other slowing effects such as Quagmire. However, a player's Movement Speed cannot be brought below 50%.
- This skill does not affect Boss monsters.
