Decrease AGI is a 1st class supportive skill available as Acolyte, Super Novice and some Mercenaries.

Description

Decreases Movement Speed by 25% and AGI for the skill's duration. Success rate is based on skill level plus INT and is decreased by target's Hard MDEF. Also removes Increase Agility, Adrenaline Rush, Spear Quicken, Two-Hand Quicken, One-Hand Quicken, Cart Boost and Acceleration. Duration is decreased on players.
