Warps the user to a different location instantly.

Notes
- This skill "targets the ground" automatically when executed, thus making it unusable while standing on an instance of Magnetic Earth, even though it may not appear to be a ground skill.
- This skill is disabled in PvP, War of Emperium, Instances, Einbroch, Lighthalzen, and Lighthalzen Dungeon 5 (Nightmare Biolab).
